Gentle Restorative Yoga   

This unique practice utilizes yoga props (bolsters, blankets and straps) which allow your body's nervous system to slow down, refresh and regenerate. 

VINYASA FLOW Yoga          

Vinyasa classes emphasize the flow from one asana to the next, and building the connection of breath and movement into a meditative focus.
