Change is always possible, and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and meaningful. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they explore their needs, goals, and desires — helping them gain the insight and tools to face life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University (1995) and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University (1989). With over 20 years of nursing experience in hospital settings, I bring both clinical insight and deep empathy to my work. My approach is Humanistic, Person-Centered that values compassion, collaboration, and respect.

I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to distress. Through this structured, evidence-based approach, I guide clients in developing healthier ways of thinking and coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Additionally, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is another type of therapy that emphasizes strengths and possibilities rather than problems. Together, we focus on what’s working, build on your existing resources, and create small, achievable steps toward your goals — helping you move forward with hope and clarity.

I specialize in working with adults navigating life’s challenges, including:

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood changes
  • Relationship and family concerns
  • Grief, trauma, and life transitions
  • Relationship and family conflict
  • Substance use and anger management
  • Maternal mental health, postpartum depression, infertility, and adoption issues

My goal is to help you discover what feels right for you — and guide you toward lasting change, healing, and a more fulfilling life.

Take the first step toward feeling better today.
